Market launch of Hotplate HP-600
December 2020

An HP-600 hotplate was installed at a Chinese customer. In addition to the hotplate, the customer also uses a SM-900 spin coater and a SMD-900 developer.

This new generation of large hotplates is used in particular for large-area glass applications.

Market launch of a flexible system equipped with 6-axis ROBO module. The module can be combined with our semi-automatic process modules and thus allows highest flexibility and also subsequent process automation. Two first systems have been installed at a sensor manufacturer.
Sigmatek distribution partner for Taiwan

On November 1st, 2018 the contract of cooperation between SIGMA Technology Corp. and SAWATEC AG was signed. The focus is on the sales and after sales service of the SAWATEC products in Taiwan.

Sigma Technology Corp. is established in July 2004, while the former entity SIGMA started the electronics business in 1972, an integrated supplier of capital equipment, instrument and consumable material for the semiconductor industry, for solar and fuel cells, as well as for LED package and inkjet printer established. The company has tens of years’ experience and is recognized as a proven distributor of several remarkable principals. The sales and service reputation of Sigmatek is prevailed throughout the market in Taiwan.

The responsible sales team of Sigmatek has completed in January a comprehensive product training in Switzerland and will services from now on customers in Taiwan directly. We are looking forward to a successful cooperation.
Application testing partnership with Shanghai University
November 2018

Shanghai University (SHU-FPD), Key Laboratory of Advanced Display and System Applications could be won as a new application testing partner. From now on, application tests can be performed locally for our customers situated in Asia. The laboratory is equipped with a Hotplate HP-300 and a Spin Module SM-300.

Cluster System delivered to China
January 2018

Having already customers in Europe and Korea using our cluster systems, a first cluster system of the type CS-200-4 sirius has now been delivered to the Chengdu Science & Technology Development Center (CAEP).
