The optionally available 3-stage filter-fan unit ensures higher cleanliness in the process area, the new Chiller Module can be used for more efficient cooling of the Coolplate or for temperature control of the developer lines, and the integrated FOUP Load Ports allow fully automated loading and unloading of the substrates.

In May 2023, the distribution partnership between Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd and SAWATEC was signed. The focus is on the distribution and after-sales service of SAWATEC products in Australia and New Zealand. As a leading provider of high-quality vacuum products and systems, along with an established tradition of service and attention to detail, Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd (Ezzi Vision) has built a reputation for being a provider of high quality “Vacuum , Glove box & Thin Film Technology” products. Ezzi Vision in Australia is part of the Ezzi International Group of Companies founded in the United Kingdom in 2000. Ezzi Vision’s core business is the supply of vacuum, glove box and thin film coating equipment to universities, research & scientific institutes and industrial & manufacturing companies. An HP-600 hotplate was installed at a Chinese customer. In addition to the hotplate, the customer also uses a SM-900 spin coater and a SMD-900 developer.

This new generation of large hotplates is used in particular for large-area glass applications.

On November 1st, 2018 the contract of cooperation between SIGMA Technology Corp. and SAWATEC AG was signed. The focus is on the sales and after sales service of the SAWATEC products in Taiwan.

The company has tens of years’ experience and is recognized as a proven distributor of several remarkable principals. The sales and service reputation of Sigmatek is prevailed throughout the market in Taiwan.

The responsible sales team of Sigmatek has completed in January a comprehensive product training in Switzerland and will services from now on customers in Taiwan directly. We are looking forward to a successful cooperation.

Shanghai University (SHU-FPD), Key Laboratory of Advanced Display and System Applications could be won as a new application testing partner. From now on, application tests can be performed locally for our customers situated in Asia. The laboratory is equipped with a Hotplate HP-300 and a Spin Module SM-300.
